People change jobs, companies get acquired, and the same lead arrives three times through three different forms. Golden Porch treats a contact as one record with a history, merges the duplicates it can prove, and asks you about the ones it cannot.

Rules, not scripts
The repetitive parts of running a pipeline are mechanical: assign the lead, remind the owner, create the task, hand the deal over when someone is away. Write those as plain conditions and actions, test them in dry-run, then let them run.
