Privacy notice
This notice covers goldenporch.com, the website. It is short because the website does very little.

What this website collects
This site is made of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, includes no advertising or tracking scripts, and loads no fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers.
In practice this means we do not know who you are, cannot follow you between pages, and have nothing to share with anyone else about your visit.
If you contact us
If you get in touch through the form on our contact page, or by email at [email protected], we use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence.
We do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of an enquiry, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties. Our email is hosted by a third-party business email provider, which processes messages on our behalf in order to deliver them.
Server logs
Like any web server, ours records standard request information: IP address, the page requested, timestamp, referring page and browser user-agent string. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure. They are retained for a limited period and then deleted, and they are not used to build a profile of you or combined with any other data.
Customers of the product
This notice concerns the website only. If your organisation uses Golden Porch as a customer, the handling of data inside the service is governed by the agreement and data processing terms in place with your organisation, which are more detailed than this page. Contact your account administrator, or write to us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you, and we will not charge you for it.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This is a business product and the site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. We do not keep an archive of previous versions, so if the specifics matter to you, keep a copy.
Contact
Questions about this notice, or about personal data generally, go to [email protected].
Plainly: this website does not track you. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it happens, not afterwards.
