What is the same on every plan
A few things we think should not be a paid upgrade.
Data export
CSV export on every plan, at any time, with no fee and no notice period.
Real support
Every plan reaches a person. Response times differ; access does not.
Unlimited records
We charge for the people using the system, not for how much data they keep in it.
Security features
Encryption, backups and access controls are not a premium tier.
Common questions
Is there a minimum number of users?
No. Plans start at one user, though most of what makes Golden Porch useful assumes a team working the same pipeline.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, in either direction, at the start of a billing period. Downgrading disables features rather than deleting the data behind them.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You export it, on any plan, for no charge. After an account closes, data is retained for a limited recovery window and then deleted. Details are on the privacy page.
Do you charge for onboarding?
There is no mandatory onboarding fee. Larger migrations sometimes want structured help, and that is quoted separately if you ask for it.
Are annual contracts required?
No. Monthly billing is available on every plan. Annual billing costs less, which is the only reason to choose it.
How is a "user" counted?
Anyone with a login that can see or edit records. Read-only dashboard viewers on the Scale plan are not counted as users.
What happens if we exceed a plan limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You are told which limit you have reached and given the option to move up a plan. We do not disable an account without warning.
Not sure which plan fits?
Describe your team and what you need it to do. We would rather point you at the smaller plan than sell you the larger one.
